You have a loving heart of fiery gold and a mind with desirable goals...
it is the energy body's capacity to effectively carry out the will and not get ill.
Continue accessing the heart, filtering and clearing the mind, being ever
present and consciously aware of the body's health and need for repair.
It is your Temple here on earth, so take tender loving care by keeping it clean,
maintaining and sustaining it, adorning, spiritualizing and honoring it,
as if within the heart you quest, 'Our Father Who Art in Heaven,' as 'The Very Guest.'
Therefore, do your very best, 'in the fullness of the knowledge you can access,' then
release the rest, or all else, knowing it is not yourself doing but His will, being done.
It is the light of His energy in you that enables you to do.
When you can, you do, when you cannot, it is not for you.
We share the Sacred Air, in breathing and indeed through acts of charity
and parity, exemplified through 'stillness, peacefulness, a full unconditional
acceptance, an equilibrium, an equipoise, innate brilliance
and forgiveness, with true radiance, ever-mindful of thankfulness;
All are Light, planes of the Heart-pulsating it's fiery
plumes, welcoming you Home, sweet OM.

Is an Anti-Aging Pill on the Horizon?

“NAD+ is the closest we’ve gotten to a fountain of youth,” says David Sinclair, co-director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Aging at Harvard Medical School. “It’s one of the most important molecules for life to exist, and without it, you’re dead in 30 seconds.”
NAD+ is a molecule found in all living cells and is critical for regulating cellular aging and maintaining proper function of the whole body. Levels of NAD+ in people and animals diminish significantly over time, and researchers have found that re-upping NAD+ in older mice causes them to look and act younger, as well as live longer than expected. In a March 2017 study published in the journal Science, Sinclair and his colleagues put drops of a compound known to raise levels of NAD+ into the water for a group of mice..........continue reading
*Elysium, is already selling a supplement called Basis that contains compounds known to boost NAD+ levels.
(Basis is the supplement tested in the 2017 Nature study).
Leonard Guarente, Elysium’s chief scientist and co-founder–who also directs the Glenn Center for Biology of Aging Research at MIT–says Basis is not intended to extend people’s life spans, but to help them stay healthier for longer.
Eight Nobel laureates are on the company’s scientific advisory board...
By bringing Basis to market as a supplement, and not a drug, Elysium is not required to undergo years of clinical research and FDA approval processes. That decision, and the support of prominent scientists, has stoked criticism from some medical-community experts who wonder why Nobel laureates would attach their names to a supplement....
Although Basis is already available for purchase, Elysium is currently conducting clinical trials of the supplement. This research, plus that of Sinclair and others, may finally reveal whether NAD+ is the health-extending compound they hope it is.

TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
By Jennifer Wolkin / March 23, 2016/ The Brain
Running half-marathons barefoot in the snow. Climbing mountains while wearing only shorts. Standing in a cylinder filled with 700 kilograms of ice cubes.
Self-proclaimed “Iceman” Wim Hof, claims that he can do all of these things by influencing his autonomic nervous system (ANS) through concentration and meditation. The “Wim Hof Method,” is an intensive meditative practice that includes focused concentration, cold water therapy, and breathing techniques. Until recently, the idea that anyone could influence their autonomic nervous system was thought impossible given its assumed “involuntary” nature. The ANS is the system that controls all of our internal organs and regulates body functions like digestion, blood flow, and pupil dilation.
Our brains also uses the ANS to communicate to our immune system, which might explain another of the Iceman’s recent feats: suppressing his immune response after being dosed with an endotoxin (a bacteria), which in most people leads to flu-like symptoms and high levels of inflammation in the body. When researchers looked at the Iceman’s inflammatory markers after being exposed, they discovered the markers were low, and his immune response was 50% lower than other healthy volunteers. Basically, he showed very few signs of infection.
Hof is definitely a statistical outlier, though one recent study followed students trained in his method. Apparently, they replicated Hof’s results and experienced no symptoms after being injected with Escherichia coli, a bacteria that normally induces violent sickness.
So, outlier though he may be, researchers are intrigued by the mounting evidence showing that mindfulness has a positive impact on our immune system.

Your Breath is Your Brain’s Remote Control A new study has found evidence to show that there is actually a direct link between nasal breathing and our cognitive functions. By Crystal Goh | February 16, 2017
We have all heard this simple saying during times of trouble:
'Take a deep breath.'
Science being science, however, indicates that we may now have to update this
old adage to read 'Take a deep breath in it will help you be more emotionally
aware but only if you specifically through your nostrils and not your mouth----
good luck."
While this may seem a lengthy tip to recall in the midst of uh-oh moments, the power
of active breathing----voluntarily inhaling and exhaling to control our breathing
rhythm---has been known and used throughout history. Even today in tactical
situations by soldiers, or in extreme cold conditions exhibited by the IceMan, we
know that slow, deep breathing can calm the nervous system by reducing our heart
rate and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. In this way, our bodies
become calm and our minds also quiet. Recently, however, a new study has
found evidence to show that there is actually a direct link between nasal breathing
and our cognitive functions. read more...
