Cosmically inspired in 1998, Agni Yoga (Sacred Heart-Fire) Aflame within my Heart, was initiated into my daily vinyasa classes. This broadened instruction, heightened with Hierarchy contact and spiritual influx, further aromatically induced incense by readings of The Agni Yoga Series, written by Helena Roerich.  My personal sharing of this teaching was born out of a passion for Agni Yoga and a desire to share its enhanced transformative power with others.  Originally, the meditative influx clarified, then amplified instruction in which I needed to journal day and night.  Eventually, I developed this venue and other websites to share what I received.  I have included various teachings in 'Sensa' (secret sacerdotal language, of the Sacred Ancient Mystery Schools) here as psalms, wisdom notes and poems.  Such wellness is integrated into Vinyasa class practices one-on-one, small private and community sessions, within local schools, universities and corporate sites.
